P.014 Eptinezumab improved work productivity in adults with migraine and prior preventive treatment failures: results from the DELIVER study

Background: This analysis reports the impact of eptinezumab on work productivity and daily activities in patients with migraine prior preventive treatment failures. Methods: The DELIVER study (NCT04418765) randomized adults documented evidence 2-4 failures to receive 100mg, 300mg, or placebo (IV every 12 weeks). At baseline 4 weeks, completed migraine-specific 6-question Work Productivity Activity Impairment (WPAI:M) questionnaire (7-day recall). Changes from WPAI subscores were predefined secondary endpoints analyzed without control for multiplicity. Results: full set included 890 (100mg, n =299; =293; placebo, =298). Mean indicated a negative normal activities. Beginning at first post-baseline assessment Week through 24, demonstrated larger reductions than absenteeism ( P <0.05), presenteeism <0.001), loss activity impairment <0.001) subscores. Conclusions: In failures, robustly improved migraine-related absenteeism, presenteeism, loss, as early throughout study.
